MY STORY
My journey of starting Wealth Creators Ltd in Maida Vale and offering my expertise as a property investment mentor is guided by a rich history of enriching experiences. Property investing has been life-changing for me. With over 10 years of experience in commercial and residential property, I have learnt a thing or two about being successful in this industry. I started at the age of 23 as a General Manager of a luxury nightclub in Liverpool Street, London. There, I briefed the staff and security, set up the venue, managed and served clients, cashed up at the end of the night, and re-ordered more stock for the following day.
Attached to the club was a small, empty, unused café. I immediately asked the owners if I could rent the space from them. They agreed, allowing me to run my own business—Dolly’s Cafe! However, I eventually learned a valuable lesson that running your own business was very different from running someone else’s. But I didn’t give up. Failure helped me build endurance. When I closed Dolly’s Cafe, I used all my knowledge and experience to build “Tunnel London.” Today, Tunnel London is London’s number 1 Afrobeat bar. With its outstanding success over the past 7 years, it is now clear that not quitting on your dream truly pays off!
MY PROPERTY INVESTING EXPERIENCE
After several years of running my business successfully, I fell completely in love with the residential property industry. I realised that buying houses, refurbishing them, and providing people with beautiful homes best complements my character. Excited by this new vision, I began to educate myself in the world of real estate. I learned about Rent to Rents, Lease Option Agreements, Buy to Lets, and House in Multiple Occupations. Using these strategies, I created a property portfolio of over a million in less than a year. Over the years, I have created a power team, and I work with some of the best architects, solicitors, and contractors across the UK. The team that I have built is a huge reason for my success, and I am grateful to all of them.
MY GOAL
What excites me now is my next goal, one that is less about me and more about helping others.
